Would you like to return or exchange a purchased product? No problem: under the legal right of withdrawal, you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt of your delivery without giving any explanations.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in new condition.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the original shipping box.

• Returns of opened, damaged, or improperly packaged items cannot be accepted.

• Please note that return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

 

 

 

Refunds:

 

 

• Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 to 14 days to the original payment method.

• The refund will cover the product cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
