Join our Barista Basics Course at Café Krokus and discover the art of coffee in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. This 3.5-hour evening course (17:30–21:00) is perfect for beginners who want to learn how to prepare great coffee with confidence. We start with a simple and practical introduction to espresso making, where you’ll learn the essential techniques to brew a balanced and flavorful shot. After the first session, we take a well-deserved break to enjoy a delicious dinner buffet together — a chance to relax, connect, and recharge. In the second part of the course, you’ll learn how to properly steam milk to achieve the perfect texture for coffee drinks. Finally, we finish with an introduction to latte art, where you’ll practice creating classic shapes like a heart or tulip. Whether you’re a coffee enthusiast or just curious, this course will give you the skills and confidence to make better coffee at home. (The course will be in English mainly.)
